Ok it is actually fixed. Unapproved media does not show up on the front page and unapproved media will have a "nuts pending approval" on the 'log just like in the main thread itself.

If you can manage the site's code, please fix the Media/Nuts Pending Approval system so it also applies to the front page and catalog. That way illicit images don't appear on the aforementioned pages. Currently, you can see unapproved images on those pages so illicit images could appear when they are posted.

Also find some way to hide posts that contain URLs to unapproved sites, as many 'P advertisements (it's a bot which targets imageboards featured on imageboards.net) post unique links to whatever 'P sites they have.
