Good evening. I know the swinny is back up and I feel if I don't change things now the site will fade back into irrelivancy so heres what I have done so far:
1.I have added 25mb file limits to ALL boards

2.Mpeg 2 audio and video should now be enabled

3.All code that is related to bugs/issues (non feature-related changes) have been merged with the current 1.7.7 release we are running on now. T

4./squede/ has been locked and hidden. If there is any downtime or issues with the swinny I will re enable it and unhide it. Just let me know on another board.

5. I reached out to vooey devs to see if theres a way to set up a private board for mods. That way mods who don't have a telegram can communicate in other ways besides emails.


If there is additional features or changes you would like to see us add or adjust please just reach out to us by using the contact us field on the bottom of the site. While things may be slow right now I don't intend on shutting down the nutty.

Hello squiggas!
Before the updates I just wanted to re-iterate that our rules state that our site is strictly 18+ and pornography is not allowed.

We changed a couple of things around on the squarty.  Since the site has had a large population of swinny users join we decided to make a dedicated board for them called /squede/ .  There was a small ask for enabling Tegaki too so I also added that to both /squede/ and /squirrell/

Since the server is dead I decided to merge the /craft/ board into /vid/ so that more topics on other games can flourish like jackbox, gartic phone, etc.

While this week was absolute DNB in terms of ppd (besides our daily album reviews...props man) It did give me time to really measure just how much enabling vpns would help the site.  Really though It didn't do shit but increase 'p spam and I do not want our site known for that so unless the site suddenly starts getting traction from God knows where I'm disabling VPNs again.  Sorry squiggas :(.

Anyways! Its the 4th, the great 250th day of the United States creating la cretura muttoids but also allowing people like you and me to host sites like this where we can freely talk, discuss, make fun of, bully, critique, etc. whatever we want.  If you are american, let everyone know you can do that and flaunt it to the point where you have squiggers start screching "da joos!"

To those who arent american, I'm sorry for your loss. I hope you get a little less raped this year? I dunno what you guys do when you are this buck broken.

Howdy squiggas!
A couple of updates I just want to get out of the way.  First and foremost is the stance on soyjak party.  Previously it was made unclear whether or not we are hostile to them.  I would say no we are not. We can be used as a bunker for squirreljaks but its just a soyjak site categorized specifically for squirreljaks and at least for me I just figured it'd be a fun thing to host.

As for /spm/ (spam)
I updated the way people can post on that board so people can ACTUALLY spam. I can't believe I overlooked unique images on that but hey now its fixed.
