Yes that may be the inital founding of a site but a sites culture evolves. For instance, take 4chan. It initally was just a bunch of edgy atheists, in 2016 it became more religious, then in 2019 it became a fag infested hellsite full of jeets and redditors. Nothing garuntees a culture will be the same people with the same opinions the whole time, especially when what they hate goes through some form of change.
