from what I understand secapedia isn't particularly swinny-aligned apart from there just being a lot of swuncs making swinny pages. I hear a lot of swinny content gets dashed though, like winraids and such, but I don't know precisely.
So if it is a swinny janny or former swinny janny it's probably not a big deal. I heard one of the swinny admins confirmed the swiki is being developed again though so who knows
