Trying the maxthon browser, which btw took 3 mins to load up ended with every single site not loading whatsoever. I did a test on the site neotokyo.net as it has a base http:// site which allows it to be loaded on even the most basic computer but no cigar. Obivously I am not going to do http on my site as I do NOT want to be raped so I'm going to try two different things now:
1.Install different browsers compatible with android 4.1
2. Move back to a more stable android build, likely gingerbread then try to load the site through the final release of opera mini on android 2.3

If anyones got any other suggestions I am all ears

I'll get there eventually. I used to browse and post on soyjak.party using a lg ally. The main difference here is the processor is as slow as an imac g3 so a task that may take a couple seconds on the lg ally takes a shit ton of time on this brick.

the main reason you cannot post on the soyjak party now is due to the html5 capcha they implemented. if it was base html it would still be possible to post on there. hell I used to be able to do the same thing with a nintendo dsi with the site dulm.box
