Hello squatriots. I will put out a bigger announcement later but after the swinny remigration I have decided to make a couple of updates and changes.

1.I have added 25mb file limits to ALL boards

2.Mpeg 2 audio and video should now be enabled

3.An admin board is in prototype stages. I'm talking to the vooey owner right now about keeping that set up as secure.

4.Code from the vooey that updates functionality from the github will be recursively implemented into our codebase. I hope eventually we can set up a git repo that shows changes made but I'm a noob to git so hopefully someone can come along and either host it or show me the ropes.

5./squede/ has been locked and hidden. If there is any downtime or issues with the swinny I will re enable it and unhide it. Just let me know on another board.

With that said if anyone has additional suggestions on keeping this site from going back to the dark ages of dnb please let me know. Maybe we can do a raid or smthn? I dunno.

Raid with few poster is a bit difficult to pull off, beside we have already cemented ourselves as a bunker for splinters, even if the swinny current imageboard engine is a bit of a unfinished state (@claude please do it faster), people rather use the swinny because its act like a better soyjak party version.

The only site that uses the nutty as a splinter is the swinny. I'm not gonna be defeatist cause from the interactions this site had when it was used as a bunker it definitely was an incredibly habitable place.  As for what may bring new people in? I'm not exactly sure. I am 100% open to suggestions and may just take some experimenting in formats and shit.

The chinese thing makes no sense unless you want the place to become primarily non-english speaking. could be funny to expose chinks to soyculture but it would probably isolate the site from the rest of the soysphere

Actually I got a great idea. One of the guys on my tele has some exploit with the fediverse where they can mass send a message to a shit ton of people and they can't do jack shit about it...maybe that can be used for the evil deed
