Tonights meal is a low fat white pasta.
ingredients;
~almond milk
~spoonful of butter/butter substitute
~parmaesan cheese
~italian seasoning
~noodles (I used lentil penne)
~ground turkey
how to make
1.boil noodles until soft. my lentil pasta took 10 mins
2.prepare a pan with olive oil/pam and pour noodles into pan
3.put one and a half cups of almond milk, a spoon of butter/substitute, and a cup of parmaesan in a blender. blend until it is a solid mix
4. place sauce mix from blender into pan with noodles, turn pan on to medium. Stir continuously
5.once the sauce begins to boil add in some ground turkey, salt, and italian seasoning. continue stirring
